Description

Hygomat Classic Clipless is the next generation overshoe dispenser featuring clipless technology (overshoes without clips). This reduces overall operating costs, as clipless overshoes are approximately 5% cheaper, resulting in noticeable long-term savings.

The dispenser is compact and mobile and can be placed almost anywhere – ideal for entrances, hygiene locks and production areas. It operates without electricity (fully mechanical), is maintenance-free and runs very quietly.

How Clipless Technology Works

In the clipless system, overshoe bundles are no longer fixed with plastic hooks/clips. Instead, they are inserted into the dispenser using integrated loops. This lowers the overshoe price and simplifies refilling, making it ideal for busy hygiene areas where efficiency is essential.

Usage

The user places their foot into the unit onto the opened overshoe. By pulling the foot back, the overshoe fits precisely around the shoe.

Refilling Instructions

• Open the top cover of the Hygomat.
• Push the metal guides outward at the back to open them.
• Take a bundle of overshoes and insert the plastic rods on both sides into the metal guides.
• Slide the overshoes evenly down into the dispenser.
• Once the entire bundle is properly positioned, remove the plastic rods.
• Secure the metal guides back in place and close the cover.
• Pull the first overshoe through the slot and hook it onto the holder – ready for use.
