OVEN CLEANER — alkaline high-foaming cleaning concentrate

OVEN CLEANER is a concentrated, strongly alkaline, high-foaming cleaning agent for industrial use.

Properties

Effectively removes grease, burnt-on deposits, soot, resins and other soiling from surfaces.

Field of application

• cleaning smokehouse ovens and heavily soiled, greasy surfaces in food processing plants and catering;
• woodworking — cleaning and degreasing saws, cleaning surfaces and machinery;
• washing concrete, stone and metal surfaces.

Directions for use

Dilute with water to a 2–5% concentration depending on the application and degree of soiling. Recommended working solution temperature: +20 to +60 °C. Apply to the surface with a sprayer, sponge or foam cleaning unit and leave for 5–10 minutes until the dirt separates or deposits soften. Brushing enhances the effect; repeat if necessary. After treatment, rinse the surface with plenty of water. The prepared working solution remains usable for up to 14 days; replace the solution in use as needed.

Sodium hydroxide, non-ionic surfactants, phosphonates, foam stabiliser, complexing agents.
